After finally getting around to completely clearing out my garage, I began to put my plan into action of turning it into my very own games room. I had arranged to collect a pool table from my local pub, which were installing a new one and kindly sold me their old table for a great price.

I had already bought a dartboard from a sports shop in town, and was ready to start assembling my new room. With everything in place, my new games room looked pretty fantastic but it did have one major downside; it was freezing cold in the evenings.

I got online to look to see what I could find in the way of heaters. I fortunately found a great website called jet-home.co.uk. They provided some brilliantly priced fan heaters and halogen heaters.

I decided to go for the halogen heater as it was more energy efficient and only cost 30p more than the top fan heater. My new heater is built by Jet International themselves and has done the job brilliantly since arriving last week. I’m really pleased with my heater and its effectiveness in keeping me warm and free to play well into the night.
