Connifers Care have been such a stabilising force in my father's life, I really owe them so much. I was really struggling to provide Dad with the care he deserved, and so after consultation with doctors, reluctantly took the step to finding him a care home.

Of all the London care homes we viewed, Connifers stood out by a mile. Their service was of the highest standard, always keeping both Dad and me in the loop about any decisions they were considering.

After our initial meeting and viewings we sat down and set out a care plan in a really well thought-out process. Connifers really do take everything into consideration and benefit from their years of experience to provide the best care possible.

We moved my Dad into their Hazel House two weeks ago now, and things have taken a huge turn for the better. Ive received the much-needed help that the staff at Connifers provide, and more importantly, Dad is happier than he's been in a long time.
